Qing Xian Ye ZHong Huai 2 Oh My!!!!! Qing Xian Ye Zhong Huai 2 is showing on Channel 8 after Ying Huo Chong De Meng!!!! So exciting!!!!!! I'm feeling so excited now, hardly can sit still.. Even to watch the TV.. !!!!!! so exciting!!! Actually i wasn't very bothered about the advertisement just now.. Snacking around.. and then i heard the intro, sounds interesting and something just made me watch more closely.. and i saw Kenneth. Then Ricky. Then Pinky. And i knew what the show was.. wahahaha.. so exciting!!!!!!!! their cast this time is much more appealing to me than last time.. lol. still feel so excited, even though i already know who the cast are long time ago.. but now that i think over it.. Shuang Xiong Shuang Xiong! lolx. but how embarrassing.. i've actualy watched this show for like 2 times. and i still tot it was my first time watching it.. after 1 hour +, towards the end, where they showed the vacuum chamber then i began to like. hmm.. so familiar.. like got watch b4.. and in fact, it's my 3rd time watching. and i didn't know wu zheng yu was acting in it last time.. =X oops. haha.. and i watched it this time for him. well, not exactly, since i watch all the movie at this time slot. but wells. i'm excited to watch this show because got him.. wahahah.. Anw the beginning of the show was appealing. the filming technique was those type that i liked. filled with mystery and lots of cut and paste thingy.. as in, a scene does not flow into another scene smoothly. instead it's fragmented and you have to piece it up like a puzzle. sounds so much like cha wu. lol. But quite sad.. Wu Zheng Yu died at the end. and i didn't quite agree with what li ming and ekin said at the end during their combined effort at hypnotising him. Of how he never loved anyone, nor was loved.. how sad his life was.. can't exactly rmb why i felt that way then, maybe it could be that i din want him to die. But i liked the way he carried himself in the beginning, killing ppl w/o batting an eyelid, shooting them as though it was such a matter-of-fact kinda thing. but that again, that duality in personality could be another appeal for me. Of how his cold hard shell is just a facade to cover his lonely inner self that was never loved. Deep inside, his subconscious desired love but never gotten it, so he decided to numb that side of him by being real tough, even at to the extent of killing another being. Not that such acts are correct, but i wouldn't exact condemn him for doing such a thing. but that's beside the point. i didn't quite like the way his confidence was all lost just like that. maybe because i was on his side since the show begun, and i din quite like the 2 ppl on the "bright" side working together. even though i enjoyed the ingenuity involved in getting their acts together. How internal betrayal is just but a mere stepping stone to true co-operation. and how the riddles left by li ming was slowly revealed one by one to Ekin. but overall, i wouldn't really give the show a high rating. Gotta do something to it. but i have no idea what's the prob. and in the process, i accidently deleted a virus scan schedule, which cannot be added back since i'm using the free version. sigh. Just a day's update Had Alpha Captain's Ball today.. Hmm, actually i'm not supp to be in it.. But somehow not enough ppl, so just joined in. lol. but i don't think i contributed a single thing though. =X Anw, the Finals was quite ok. Maybe not really that exciting since little ppl were around, and hardly anyone was cheering ( except when they scored ). But looking at their standard, i can see why they are the top 2 teams. Well, still not the main point. THe main point is that i came home late for my show and missed a good 30min of the show!!! Hmph.. Somemore i missed 229 when coming out from the school. SO i decided to take from oppo and loop back, as i assumed that the same bus wil be coming to TJ stop. but on my way, i saw another bus going to TJ. And it's air-coned. lolx. but the bus trip wasn't all that bad. because it's part of my intention too. To make one round. Just to be on that familiar route. Seeing the familiar building and faces. Haix. been such a long while. Really.. Things might have changed a million times, but the feelings remain.. And the school is stil as alive as ever. despite being like 7++pm le. the same old spirit that i haven felt in a long while. Saw Mdm Tan at the bus-stop too. Had honey chicken as one of the dish for dinner, but this time round, quite disappointing. The chicken breast meat was too tough and the sweetness isn't there. sigh. Tonite at 12 got sheng si lian on channel 8 ( they gotta thank me for advertising so many of their shows on my blog ). Sounds nice, maybe i'd watch for a while to see if it's nice. and decide if it's worth sacrificing my sleep/internet time for that show. lol. Sunday 9pm at Channel U got Shuang Xiong. Looks quite nice ( actually so-so la). but the key thing is. There's wu zheng yu in it. Hmm, i still feel more comfortable calling him that rather than Francis Ng. lolx. Esp when i have this tendency to just type Francis. Back to topic, think he's a minor main character in the show. LIke what my dad said, why shuang xiong got 3 main characters? Obviously it's li ming and zheng yi jian that's the shuang xiong, since they're featured so frequently. lol. oh. i just realised. if your left hand is slightly shifted to the left. shows yay! today got superstar.. anw.. yest when watching jin zhi yu nie.. i just suddenly tot of chong shang yun xiao.. sigh.. such a nice show.. simple yet elegant? Enjoy watching qing chu yu lan.. esp how the students were grateful to ms lin. i guess.. that's what teaching is all about. it doesn't matter how much effort you put in, as long as at the end of the day, you get a sincere thank you from your student.. Or even if you don't get those words, just seeing the students grow each day, that's all that matters. you'd know that somehow silently in their heart, you have made a difference in their lives and somehow they'd rmb you.. simple yet touching.. simplicity of life.. seeking not attaining.. @ 5:47 PM

But there's a new show, called xing shi.. dunno if it's nice or not.. will check out teh video soon.. seems like huang qiu sheng will be in it. din like him in the past. but i guess ppl do change over time; and opinions might take extremities over time. just a thought Energy - Yan Lei De Wei Dao.. Today had flyer distribution.. The best part would be the times spent at the playground.. The sky, me and the music.. The past can never be retrieved.. But never wil the past be forgotten as it continues to haunt you.. the haunting of the unforgettable past beats lavishing in the seemingly happy present which ever seems so hollow.. doing what you want; living in your own world.. maybe yourself is the hardest word to define in the world. And Francis Ng's character is really very unique. He feels distant; but real, ironically.. I guess his way of thinking is accepted only by those who feels the same way as him. Seemingly psychotic; but actually not. after all, what you see, might not be what is there.. He's really himself. Saying things that doesn't make sense nor answers the question directly, sometimes even offendingly weird, but that's him. That's a plus point about him. Won't exactly use the word frank to describe him, it's too normal. I'd just say, he's himself.. but of course, if he's trying to have this unique personality for the sake of just being different from the rest; to draw attention.. then i'd really be disappointed. But in life, sometimes we can co-exist with uncertainties.. I'd rather believe that he's really himself and just believe it my way.. i will find my way; i want a different way; nothing can stop me now; no matter what they saay.. GP issues Would y0u eat a animal that tells you "eat me".. A conventional viewpoint: one wouldn't do so, snice you can't bear to do so.. But i feel that it's just in human nature to go against simply anything. if you can't get something, the one you yearn for it. the more something is obtained so easily, the more you'd neglect it.. an issue of whether humans are really as passionate as they make themselves sound as, or are they just experts at concealing their inner self by surface feelings.. how do we prove that we exist? this qn from first GP lesson has really stuck me alot. since it coincides so mych with what i have been thinking al these while. And i quite liekd what the teacher said. If you go along with the flow, you're just a bag of organ with no point of existence. Just wasting resources, the air.. well, i guess, a double-edged sword? But it's useless going trying to delve too deep in this issue, the truth is always cruel.. the issue being the going with the flow, not the existence thingy though.. Actually, many a times, the "crooks" are often the misunderstood bunch of ppl. and i've always liked those who are always misunderstood for a good reason. at least they're real. at least they exist. the world feels real because of them. @ 6:27 PM
computer woes There's somethign wrong with my mouse.. it's not listening to me. Oh wells, not that it's supp to listen to me in the first places. but ya. and it's so tough navigating when the mouse doesn't listen to you. Luckily i'm not that highly dependent on the mouse. prefer to use shortcuts on the keyboard. Yes, keyword = short. lol and my computer is getting slower with each day. I wonder if i should delete the prefetch files. Long Feng Dou Long Feng Dou is quite nice! Andy lau, or rather dao gong was so sweet in the show.. liked his character right from the start, when he decided to divorce his wife when she chose the diamonds over him. initially i didn't know his real motive. So i tot it must have really pained him to see his love choosing material wealth over him. But stil, he didn't lose his temper even though i could sense his agony. so i tot he decided to cut short his misery by just leaving.. later on.. all that he did.. how he gave his wealth to his wife in a game of daidee, deliberately letting her win and all that stuff. All the thigns he did silently for his wife.. haix.. i liked the way the show ended.. the deeply contrasted feelings both were facing. One dead and forever gone from the surface of the world; yet the other having hopes about her husband being alive and remains cheerful.. such was the love dao gong had for dao po.. one that wishes happiness for his love, be it when he was alive or when he's dead.. the spirit lives on.. And it's quite difficult to film a comedy to this kinda effect. to me, i tot initially it'd just be those usual ncie show, good for laughs. but it has this additional layer to the show, giving it another shade of feelings. A guardian angel, one that silently protects and watches over The One, making this his ultimate goal in life.. @ 6:29 PM
da tou ying Watched Da Tou Ying. ( have this tendency to say da tou gui. =X ) lolx. and actually i don't think i'd have watched it. it's those typical horror flicks. and i rmb my teacher used to once say, what's the use of paying to watch this movie, only to get so fearful for a few days. But.. the keyword is but.. Francis Ng is in it.. which means that i have to watch it.. keyword: have. Anw, he had a rather different style from what i usually see him in. Not that thickly geled and combed back hair, but spiky hair. and it's relaly like spikes coming out from his head. something to that effect. Quite like the one of the photos ( or more ) that i have. lolx. His role is Ben, a producer of a ghost hotline. And there's this woman, Mavis? who got into a series of trouble with him when they decided to probe further into the issue of big head baby. Actually i didn't quite get the story at all. Dunno why the 7 children came into the picture, neither did i know why the princpal came into the story. Neither did i know what role Chris played in the show. although they witnessed the big baby and committed mass suicide, perhaps even inducing deaths on others who bother too much about this issue.. But i stil don't get the link. But that's not the main point. Since i'm not really watching for the story, just watching for the actor. lolx. and the less you understand horror stories, the less scared you'd be.. actually the show wasn't really that scary. I think the suspense was great. it's the last 15mins that made me really scared. When the screen was taken from the point of view of the cameraman of the crew. It's really scary. How they screamed and ran away from that house. and how eventually the woman saw the faceless woman and the screen went balck. and she screamed, really those kinda scary screams.. and the show just ended. Which brings me back to the question. Why was Ben's wife sitting around the house in a daze, only to scream at Ben when he saw her. and i stil don't get the link b/w the faceless woman adn the Big baby, though i presume she's his/her/its mum. oh wells. Class CIP What a tiring saturday.. lol went for class CIP at NUH. Kinda fun making those balloons. came up with some "new" creations. but wells.. didn't know that would be handling with kids.. luckily they were quite well-behaved. later on went shopping at parkway parade.. and i din get to eat at PGP after all.. after trying to pyscho ppl by mentioning this name every now and then. Sigh. To think i had 2 more weeks of my attachment that time, and i stil din get to go there to eat my ma la hai xian tang. and now that i'm so close to NUS, i stil din get to go there to eat it. don't tell me must wait until i enter NUS as a student then i can have a chance to eat it. =X That is, if i'm accepted in the first place.. oh wells.. PSS updates What a narrow win Daren had over Nat.. 52.72% vs 47.28%.. Actually i feel quite pity for Carrie.. How i wish both the females could be in the grand finals instead. and it's really surprising for me to be saying things like this.. Carrie lost by a great margin 37.9% vs Diya's 62.1%.. And Carrie is quite real.. she didn't pretend she wasn't upset or somehting.. but did mention about her regrets.. that she's upset not because that Diya is winner, but because she has lost.. I quite get what she meant.. sometimes in life, that's what happen.. it doesn't matter who the winner is, and you're not sore about the winner, but just upset at yourself.. It's quite a pity.. she won Diya in voting last week.. But i guess, Diya's performance is more steady.. and long term speaking i think Diya wil be more successful ba.. ANd she's quite a friend.. Oh! and during one GP lesson this week, during group discussion, i suddenly said, actually i quite like a well-known notorious person.. and i rmb i din say it out so loud. but apparently, the whole class ( almost) looked over here and the teacher heard too ( and appeared so shocked ).. lolx.. but actually as i think over it now, quite true lei. PSS Lolx. Diya and Daren's CD will be out tomorrow.. sigh.. it's kinda pity that Carrie din get her chance to release her version of Chu mo.. Who knows, i might buy.. but then again, it costs the same as Eason's new album.. so.. haha.. makes more sense to buy an album than singles.. SO both of them are the female and male champs. actually quite obvious le.. i tot it'd work out this way le ba.. esp for DiYa who has so many supporters, u practically dun hear other ppl's fans screaming during the competitions.. I guess i'd prefer DiYa to win ba.. ironically.. haha.. supported Daren during the beginning of the competition, or rather, before it started.. but my support actually declined so rapidly.. I guess DiYa has more musical sense.. but Daren seems to have more star appeal.. well.. i dunno.. i guess at the end of the day, i'd end up supporting none of them.. after all, all those whom i supported more got out already.. Oh.. i realised that LIng Yi and Her Ching quite close.. hee hee.. THey were sitting beside each other during the 2 finals.. couldn't recognize Her Ching, after all, the focus was on the judge.. haha.. and Anson was beside Ling Yi. But that's not the point. lol. Cha Wu on Channel u How surprising.. All along keep saying how information on Cha Wu cannot be found readily on channel 8 nor channel u.. But, it was always there on Channel U website, with interviews of Francis some more lo.. No wonder the photots i found always had the watermark of www.channelu.com etc.. =X How blur.. Usually when i look up news of PSS2, i always look udner the English subtitle column cause the loading is faster. little did i know that the chinese news column had more news.. =X To think i will visit the website almost everyday.. =X and the news of Cha Wu etc are staring right in my face.. Time sheduling Sigh.. Now i greatly feel the torture in working out time shedule.. Really salute the teachers in charge of doing timetable.. Francis Talk muahaa.. so many photos of francis talk about Asian film.. and i just realised that.. he's tall after all.. even though he's stat is 1.82m, but i can't really fit him into the height previously.. i guess he's kinda unfortuante to be acting with Joe Ma in Chong Shang Yun Xiao, who happen to be so super tall.. lolx. but after looking at his photo with one of his fans.. haha.. he's tall alright.. oh. and i just rmb cannot d/l the photo from the website.. sigh.. nvm, oen day i'd break the protective code.. lolx.. @ 9:02 PM
PSS Female Finals PSS Female Finals ended.. Was looking forward to the zhi ding ge qu.. Chu Mo.. Anw.. I don't think i'd want either one of them to be eliminated.. I was also quite glad that Carrie sang songs that coincided with what i posted on my blog previously.. that she is more of jazz.. though not exactly that jazz.. For voice, i think i prefer Carrie's than Diya.. Somewhat a bit similiar to Shi Xin Hua's and i like this type of voice.. Low yet explosive and amplifying.. dunno what this is called in english, but it's got ci2 xing4 in Chinese.. I esp liked the way her voice doesn't really sound like a voice.. in the sense, when she finished singing one word, her voice will linger on, even though she isn't making as sound.. So there's this continuous bridge when moving from word to word, verse to verse.. And she really brought out the spirit of chu mo.. Chu mo.. If happiness were to come by letting go and not reminiscing in the past, let me remain in sorrow then.. So familiar.. so distant.. Actually initially i was tryin to look very forward to Diya singing this song.. And i really forced myself to get into the feel of the song.. But sadly.. when she was about to enter the chorus, twice her rythm went totally off.. sigh.. Actually Carrie sang one word wrongly. but strangely, no one commented.. But this song.. this song.. there was no way i could have missed it.. in fact, during the replay shots, for some reason, they cropped the part where she sang wrongly.. going back from the start.. i think diya did well for the beginning of Feng.. just that when it suddenly changed style, it's a bit weird.. maybe i just dun like fast song.. Her El song, i happen to missed it due to phone call.. sigh.. so gonna search on youtube.. otherwise just d/l lo.. Carrie.. Can't really recall her Chinese song le.. not really impressive.. anw, i din like that shun zi song anw.. Her El song suited her and her voice quality.. but doesn't suit my ear though, the style of music.. but i'm still glad it was like what i predicted -- her voice singing jazz.. so overall i'm still glad.. i guess the biggest issue i have with Diya is that she's suited to sing R&B song and more lively song.. which i prefer less when compared to real heart-wrenching ones.. but personality-wise, i guess Diya would be much more approachable. Yet.. Carrie exudes this aura of "distantness".. and a slight sense of secretiveness.. But she is suitable for jazz and real sad songs.. if the latter were to be her main route, i guess.. I'm so glad i found that fan website.. otherwise i'd be missing out on so much.. And i wonder why such things are nv played on Channel 8 or u.. after all, it's a Chinese Movie ( though directed by German-Brazil director ).. Superstar Finals Upcoming superstar finals.. Hmmm.. it's kinda weird this year.. No matter how i try to convince myself to support one of the 2 guys, i just cannot bring myself to support anyone of them.. First, they are ABC. Hmmm, not exactly, but just v. englishy, esp Darren.. Next, Daren's choice of song didn't appeal to me.. Esp recent fast tracks. Only ones that i preferred would be the latest ju hua tai and the first song Duan Dian ( Which he made a mess of.. which changed me from a supporter to a non-supporter).. And Nat's voice is a bit funny.. i think his peak was when he sang ji mo gong lu.. Even funnier still, i find myself supporting more female contestant than male contestant this time.. Surprising for someone who is nv a fan of female singers.. First started off with Her Ching and to some extent Ling Yi and DiYa.. No la, just that nv choose the ppl that i want to see.. =) Anw, i think Zhen Yi jian's role should be acted by someone else.. dunno who. but just someone who exudes that air of superb intelligence.. otherwise of great mystery. *oh wells*.. I couldn't really get who won the game after all.. whether he did fall down and die after releasing the lock. But anw, that's the fun part of shows.. An open ending.. or maybe due to inadequency of understanding, resulting in this illusion that there's no ending.. lolx.. Oh! Ah Sao Watched ah sao on Saturday nite.. Hmmm.. the shots looked interesting with 6 ying3 di4 involved.. Overall i quite liked the show. it's rather refreshing.. There were hardly any dialogues and it really takes the skills of the actors and directors to bring out the entire life of the show.. But basically, i have to admit that i didn't know what the show was trying to drive at. Lolx. Although the Ah Sao, i assume is the small little girl, i dun see why she's called taht. But anw, that's not the point. Somehow i don't really see the link b/w ppl trying to kill the triad chief, internal strifle b/w the buddies, ah sao succeeding the position of the chief and eventually the final fightout.. What puzzled me most was the character Nova.. I completely dunno why is she there.. whether she hated the chief.. wanted to kill him? at one time, she wanted to kill the girl, the next time, she was making things difficult for her, but eventually, she was the first one to run to the girl when she was on the brink of death.. But dunno why.. I like this feeling of not understanding the show.. I think it's much more fun not to understand a show than to understand a show.. Lolx.. -_-" Yet towards the end, it was quite touching.. of how a little innocent girl who never knew the insides of a triad tried her best and eventually changed the world.. Like what Ren Da Hua ( forgot his name in the show, after all there was so little talking at all ) and Nova said.. "We have decided to disband the gang.. All because she changed the world.." and the camera zoomed into the face of the deceased little girl.. Actually initially i found it quite silly to include the red cap guy. it's as though he didn't serve any purpose. But i guess it added on to the entire feel of the show.. Of how he eventually brought a birthday gift to her tomb? and walked away silently.. And that showed the simple life of an ordinary girl, who had a simple wish to be with a simple guy that she liked.. Yet was at the same time embroiled in triad matters who then resolved them all with her innnocent little heart.. @ 4:11 PM

To last for infinity should Nature allows.. yet another 2 yrs might be much dreaded.. Hoping that everyday would pass quickly.. that all would come to an end eventually.. maybe in a flash of light.. and what exactly is the value of 2 years? One that is long, or but a mere fleeting moment? One that should be dreaded, of treasured? Maybe it is a mere 2 times of 365.25 days.. but even so, what does a day represent? what is it actually? Maybe Time really doesn't exist.. and i think it really doesn't.. it's a matter of how we view things.. Maybe the world wouldn't stop for us, but we can stop the world.. once a lifetime expereince Lolx.. had a totally unglam, tiring yet fun and fulfiling experience today.. after LEO meeting, i decided to kpo around and help sj and mic search for suitable material to be used as boxes.. haha. and since i heard that the destination was Bedok central and it's supp to be my "territory", i, who was feeling so exteremly bored and had nothing to do, just gotta tag along.. haha.. at that time, the weather was still rather clear and cool.. Disaster stroke soon after. (ok la, not so serious.. haha.. ) just as we were looking at the cardboards and styrofoam boxes ( just like a garang guni person.. ), rain was dropping on me.. ( hmmm.. not Rain ) and it just got heavier and heavier.. haha.. so we ran back to shelter.. Went into NTUC to actually well "shop" under the pretext of looking for better alternative.. But still, found nothing.. and the rain got worse.. went back to the back of NTUC.. asked if we could take the styrofoam box.. and we could if it's small no. but we wanted more than that.. =need to pay. lolx. So we went to Shop and Save.. Asked if we could get those styrofoam boxes.. at that point we were in the rain for like some time. with umbrella of course, not that it really helped.. and i misheard the cashier wanted to give us plastic bag. in the end it's cannot. so we grabbed a trolley.. only to realise none of us got $1.. so gotta change with cashier. who wasn't sure if we could take those boxes. in the end can though.. so stacked those boxes in the trolley and pushed like some hmm.. rain getting heavier and we onyl had one hand to use the umbrella. back to the back of NTUC, grabbed 2 more boxes.. and began our journey.. and it's so totally unglam.. lolx.. along the way, the road was so rough.. so the sound produced was really loud. and attracted attention all over the place.. and there were so many steps.. so we went.. 1, 2, 3.. lift! just like labour.. the way back to school was the worst. the pavement is totally rough aka the sound produced is totally loud aka we got total attention aka totally unglam.. haha.. Went back to school.. and so many year 1s crossing the road.. so unglam! Entered school but cannot go to canteen.c ause guitar ppl are there.. and so unglam to push that trolley with boxes used to contian fish stacked up.. so we sian to another small alley, turned in and.. there were even more guitar ppl.. so we turned to the middle route.. president cannot be reached.. others also not in school or cannot be reached.. so sj went around looking for available teachers that could help us keep the stuff in a classroom.. called like duno how many teachers.. all left school.. well.. reasonable. it's like 6++ going 7 already.. at that time, we seem to just come out of the bath.. haha.. but anw, although the emphasis is on how unglam this whole business was.. it's still really funny and fun and exciting! haha.. as in, how many times do you get to do crazy things with your friends in such an unglam manner.. lolx.. at least something different from 2 weeks of school so far.. =X be unglam, throw your face away, and just feel happy about everything.. it's really an experience that i enjoy.. in a world where there's no longer identity, perhaps..true happiness can then be attained.. but after that pang seh them though. din follow them to return the trolley.. cause 7++ le and my show started.. haha.. =X @ 8:56 PM
Cha Wu keep having this feelnig that there's something important happening on 11/1/07.. but on that day itself, i just can't figure out the source of this feeling.. but the day after yesterday, finally i rmb what is the big event.. it's the official screening date of "CHA WU"!!!!! haha.. and today there's some more news of Cha Wu under Xian Zai.. =) And the shots, writeups and characters totally attracted me lo.. Esp when Francis's "T" is portrayed to be a beautiful sad story of an assasin.. qi1 mei3 gu4 shi4.. also the way the plots are developed.. it's like a big puzzle, and even after you have finished watching the show, you stil gotta piece them all together to get the complete picture..and you'd still feel for "T"'s search for his life.. lolx.. i speak as though i've watched the show.. but anw, i'm had really anticipated the show alot.. and now i'm totally excited over the movie.. and i believe the best way is to buy the VCD.. then i can watch it over and over again.. and seek to understand what lies beyond better.. :) Go Go Go, T! updates today School just started few days back.. But there's so many meetings and stuff going on.. lolx.. but i'd still rmb the "Keep Going".. Today's GP did plans for 12 essays.. =X actually there were some that would be nice to ponder over, but the greatest blemish in its beauty is the fact that it's appearing in GP papers.. Like one qn went, idealism leads to disillusionment; realism leads to results.." Good one to describe GP ( the latter phrase ), isn't it? i rmb this one about obsession with the past is just an escape from the present.. Anw, today during the long break, i almost finish reading the storybook ToTo-Chan.. well, not exactly almost. Left 60 pages.. Should have brought my tomb raider along.. halfway thru that book.. dunno when i actually bought all these books made from movies de.. only that i'd rather watch the movie.. Much more visual appeals, and dramatic.. but oh wels, no prawn fish also good. =) On a lighter note.. gotta thank PS for his entire CD collections! having a great time listening.. and.. =) and also eve for her "Sing" album.. lolx.. and on an even happier note.. I'm so happy! the owner of francis website is so super efficient. she put up the podcast for Francis' talk. wahah.. Anw, rushed outside for the TV when i heard reports of his talks on Sat.. He has unique tots.. About putting female as the lead.. And many unconventional ideas, which might not appeal to others, but definitely to me.. since the ideas are unconventional.. Rushed post Decided to watch da lao ai mei li after all last nite. was contemplating b/w that and Underworld.. since by some stroke of "luck", two good shows are screened at the same time.. -_-" watched a few mins of underworld and it's too dark and boring.. Can hardly see the actors and actress.. the first half an hour was rather chaotic for me too, since i was switching b/w 3 programmes on 2 TVs simultaneously.. *phew*! They gave me a voice recording in chinese.. cha wu! finally lianhe zaobao gave one decent writeup on Cha wu!! wahaha.. and francis ng is in Singapore!! together with his SIngapore wife.. and also another co-actor, Di Long... The day before was the movie Premiere.. and the mediacorp artiste were so lucky to get a sneak preview.. and they get to meet the cast!! And the Francis website is so super duper updated la.. I only nv check for one day, already add like dunno how many posts regarding cha wu.. but sad sigh, cannot save the photos.. =X And today there's a jiang3 zhuo4 by Francis Ng regarding Asian Movie.. hmm, somehting about the dark side.. It's at National Library.. Actually did think of going when i heard of it previous nite.. but today saw this small article about him in part of the Cha Wu writeup.. where he commented that the best interaction between actors and the fans should be limited to just the screen.. And that fans should live their lives for themselves and not for anyone else.. followed by his previous unhappy experience with SIngapore fans bugging him.. Lolx.. when i first read that part, he did come across as quite hmmm.. "anti-social"? but doesn't matter, i'm also like this anyway.. actually he's quite rite.. what's an actor for, if the best interaction you can get is via face-to-face, and not thru the TV or movie.. And sometimes, it's really irritating when others just keep bugging you and getting you on your nerves.. whether or not you're a star.. e worst part is that, they think you enjoy being bugged and continuously does it.. But actually the topic for discussion does seem nice though.. The dark side of Asian Movie? or is it how to film a dark Asian Movie? Oh ya, Francis gave himself 70marks for his act in Cha Wu. because of the hot weatehr and thick suit, he felt that he didn't perform his peak.. and 50 marks for his performance in hai zi shu.. ( he got act in it? why i nv see?? or maybe i tot he was a local long long ago.. lolx. ) since he insisted on using Chinese.. and he felt that his best shot was in Gong Yuan 2000.. sounds familiar.. have i watched before? Anw, Youtube's quite up and alive again.. except for constant internal error.. the buffering speed is now acceptable.. take 1min to buffer 1min.. quite reasonable.. rather than 30min for 4min.. but even so, after watching 20++min of tian wai episode that i missed, i decided to give it a miss.. since it's so draggy and i'm not enjoying myself at all.. =X Talking about Tian wai fei xian. i found the ending quite lame.. although i like surprises in endings, but it has to be done nicely.. subtly.. the way the show brings itself to the present simply spoilt the beauty of the ending verse.. hmm, maybe not the ending verse ( since it's not the end ).. They should just end there when the words appear.. leave it open, giving room for imagination.. Instead, they literally and physically presented the words in the form of dong yong and xiao qi meetin again in the modern era.. which is totally out of the point.. unless they want to be like jie da huan xi, got one modern version.. then i'd have nothing to say.. =X gotta take a rest now and bath, before xiao yu er and hua wu que starts.. sick haix.. kanna this awful flu.. =X sigh.. luckily Fri released early.. so came home and sleep until 6+.. luckily nvm oversleep, otherwise will miss show.. but after waking up, i developed fever.. so ate some flu tablet..b4 zzz ate last time's fever medicine.. today stil a bit feverish so took the medicine again.. but luckily this time the fever nv come with headache, so not that serious till must see doc.. actually the flu was going to come during the hols le, in Nov.. during attachment there's this feeling that something's wrong, but nothing wrong happened.. after attachments, keep staying up late to catch up on my unused internet hours.. felt wierd while using com too, had those kinda i'm falling sick feeling.. but nothing happened too.. then prob because of the sun and rain when school re-opened, together with insufficient rest ( waking up at 6.. sigh.. ).. so finally, after so many weeks of dormacy, the flu finally broke out.. and my nose is now rotten.. =X the skin within has been rubbed off and it's those kinda feeling when you have a wound and you use your hand to touch it.. esp when the bi2 shui3 keeps flowing.. got cough and sore throat too.. sigh.. and it happened when school re-opened again. just like last yr.. =Z Friday, January 05, 2007 @ 11:33 PM
xing fu shuan ren chuang haha.. qing fu shuang ren chuang is so funny la!!! it's about the "fight" between guys and girls.. which actually stems from the fact that we're inherently different and can never totally understand what the other party is thinking about.. and it's a rather accurate portrayal of singaporean life.. how a typical couple quarrel at home over the slightest thing. or how the husband has a fling outside, leaving the wife to suffer in pain. and also loving couples living in romantic worlds. and also the singles that nv seem to be able to find the Mr Right.. I think Zhen ping hui and huang bi ren's act was the funniest la! Esp the part about buying anniversary gift.. buy clothes = saying she fat. buy small ring = almost invisible how to see? buy big rings = you think you have alot of money is it?!?! haha.. and in the end.. she got.. a vacuum cleaner.. and bread toaster!!!! lolx.. so much so for cracking his head over what to buy.. i bet a bunch of flowers would do better than those, even if he didn't get her the "dream" handbag.. funny siah.. Cha Wu Francis wahah.. cha wu like a great movie hit siah.. even news got report on it.. Yest was watching Jin Zhi Yu Nie while my parents were watching the news. then suddenly i heard Cha Wu and my attention was like so drawn to the news.. The only movie i rmb going onto the movie is just harry porter lorx.. oh ya, cha wu has another name called xue3 men2 tu2.. direct translation = blood door disciple.. =X actually this name very cool lorx.. i think better than Cha wu.. was reading thru some francis website adn saw this new movie.. after clicking in, then realise it's cha wu.. =X ANd i didn't know Francis did an interview with channel newsasia. otherwise i'd watch the interview lorx.. which will be the first time i'm utilizing the money we spend on TV license for this channel.. but anw, it's stil available on the same website, so i can view it after all! cheers~ Oh ya, and i realised that Francis's character in real life a bit like YiChen in Chong Shang Yun Xiao siah.. lolx.. ^_^ he's a silent person, don't like to talk.. when he's outside, he has no choice but to speak out, but once he reaches home, he just want silence.. also, he commented that when he was young, he was very quiet.. but as he grow up, he's influenced to speak up, against his will.. and he doesn't know why too.. which is so great!!!! no wonder he was so against talking for 90sec during Stars Award.. This type of character is wow.. Station master today went to become station master instead of school.. oh ya, which i regretted yest, cause i had to miss 15min of my show for the briefing.. sigh.. Anw.. Stationed at Pasir Ris Basketball court near Blk 411.. Actually quite boring, esp when you're waiting and there's nothng to do.. should have bought a bball.. =X Anw saw the year 1s. and i realised for all those who dyed their hairs, they dyed it like reddish brown. more on the red side, but not those bright red.. maybe that's the in colour for this year? Quite nice though.. lol.. There were hardly any TMS ppl around. i think i only saw 3.. how sad.. sigh.. wonder what happen.. last yr there were so many of them present.. intially going to be let off at 1, but due to some delay, it was extended to 2 lorx.. first day of school 2007 Today's first day of school.. but let me start off with the most unfortunate thing first.. I missed 15mins of the Qing Chu Yu Lan cause i returned home late.. and later on, i missed another half of the 2nd quarter episode since i was bathing.. sigh.. And it's the first episode.. Plus the show is something that i was anticipating ( as in not those anticipation that i have for all shows, but that additional anticipation that it'd be a show that i like.. ) Anw, back to topic.. first day of school was ok.. started off with civics lesson.. which is the normal civics lesson, which isn't really civics.. nvm what talking me.. This week starting off with lectures! yay! means no tutorial.. and somehow i prefer lectures to tutorials.. at least got more ppl in the LT and you're so negligible in the eyes of the teachers.. so not so stressful lorx.. =X Started off with chem.. *well done* but quite chaotic. cause quite a no of ppl printed out the notes from matrix le. so i din know who to buy for and who not to buy for. so in the end, being "selfish", i just bought for myself.. which was a good thing, cause i realised everyone has already.. and there's a Physics test!!! i so totally forgot about it.. and come to think of it, i think i recalled it when holiday started.. but maybe attachment made me detached from my memory of the test, so it came to me as quite a shock.. fortunately, the questions not really a killer.. as compared to previous lecture tests i think.. And heard rumours that got Bio test.. =X and the question is, when, what and how.. lolx.. in fact, i tot for a moment it'd be MCQ. but yeah, dream on.. =X and i still dunno the when, what and how answer.. lolx.. Anw, short term memory.. only rmb got some meetings and briefing for station master.. lolx.. means skip sch for one day in short.. hmm.. rather, in not-long.. and this brings me back to the point.. because of this, i was late for my show!! what a way to start the school year missing 15mins of a nice show! haix.. Chong Shang Yun Xiao #40 So.. Chong Shang Yun Xiao has finally ended.. Sigh.. Seems like it's a time indicator that holiday has ended too.. since 40 episodes = 8 weeks.. Hmmm.. the ending is like what reviews said, best suited for the show. but somehow there's just a weird feeling taht something's missing. maybe there was something that i expected, but it didn't happen. yet i can't exactly say what is missing.. And i quite liked the way the show played around with destiny and fate.. It's actually just a simple normal show.. not those mystical-like shows.. yet such plots were included nicely; not excessively such taht it detaches from reality; and sufficient to reflect how small the world might be in real life.. Zoe did so mych to bring DingDang and XiaoXiong together. but in the end, DingDang died in a car accident.. and by some unknown forces, it was her heart that saved DingDang, allowing a heart transplant to be performed just in time to save Zoe's life.. It's just kinda miraculous how things just turn one big round to return to where it started.. Also the same for Zoe-Sam relationship.. How they went on a race, went one big round, separated, got together etc.. Just to find out that yes, they were the one for eahc other.. But they're right too. it doesn't matter how long the journey, as long as eventually the fact still lies that they're together... And it might be a good htings that they went thru so much obstacles.. and even separated.. That Sam for a moment was going back to Belle. otherwise, he wouldn't give Zoe all his heart.. if not for that brief separation, he wouldn't truly realise that ZOe was the one for him.. The ou duan si lian relationship with Belle wouldn't be cleared.. Evnetually, Zoe and Sam were married, according to the plan that Zoe has worked out previously for the doramon couple.. I guess this was the part that i felt that something was missing.. The wedding was kinda weird.. haha.. i was commenting that it feels like Sam was marrying a wife and concubine.. cause it reallt looks like Belle, Sam and Zoe are the limelight.. haha.. and the person making the speech is Belle.. Later towards the end, it's even funnier how the threesome was together.. really like a family lo.. actualy when they were in the hospital, i tot that sam and Belle looked like a couple looking after their daughter, Zoe.. -_-" On the other hand, i guess the "notihng is missing" ending would be the relationship b/w Sam and Belle.. They shared a relationship that's beyond friends, good friends and boy-girl relationship.. A relationship that's beyond words.. Quite liekd the way things turned out for them.. Esp liked the scene where they were on the rooftop ( or dunno where ) walking and talking and joking.. asking they got break up before? they got start before? etc.. They truly understood each other.. the last 5 mins was quite nicely done too.. of how new batches of ppl came in.. And they saw their past self in them.. I guess we all grow in this way.. seeing ourselves thru others.. It's like a cycle.. entering something new for the first time, going thru stuff and gaining experiences and eventually seeing new batches.. and the cycle begins.. Just a reminder.. Was looking thru some stuffs yest.. Saw Grad Nite package.. Grad nite ring.. 2 TMS keychains.. Programme manual.. 2007.. 2005 Nov 23.. how fast time flies.. If there are no regrets, then it wouldn't be called the past.. Looking and pondering over how the joy of the past could sour to become the situation of today.. Warmth and coldness -- they are all fragments of memories and evidences that everything once existed.. Nothing seems to have changed; yet looking back, everything has changed.. So gradual that it's difficult to feel it.. But as you take a step back, a question will be asked.. "It did happen in the past? So familiar yet so distant.." Looking at things now.. what will happen 10 yrs down the road? Maybe more radical and arupt changes will take place.. but here lies a reminder that life was once like this before.. A day's show and updates Sigh.. New 11 oclock show is tian xie xing dong.. WHen i saw that it's a repeat telecast, i was kinda disappointed but stil remained hopeful.. BUt.. it turned out to be a local show with chen song ling and li ming shun.. =X how disappointing.. sigh.. i tot will have another ATV show.. sob.. Anw, watched a bit of cai xin miao shou.. but a bit sian.. 9oclock movie today was ok.. haha.. forgot the show name le.. But liang chao wei and yang qian hua make a ok on-screen couple.. lolx.. and the show quite cute, about the fight b/w two fortune tellers. lolx.. wonder what good shows there are tomolo.. haha.. Went out today. managed to buy shoes etc.. =) though still cannot find clothes that i like.. =X @ 1:01 AM

PSS 2 Results Oh ya.. before i forget.. PSS 2 Semi-Finals First Round eliminated.. Jon and Maxi!!! =X Supported Jon and LeSheng.. well, not exactly support, just prefer them.. Jon for that split second shot on him during one of the results show.. and Le Sheng for his sincerity in presenting his song.. But so ironical.. both made it past the selection round, eliminating even Daren.. Even though i tot Jon would be booted out that round.. But then, now both stood together at the final arena, and one has to be eliminated.. at that moment, i was hoping Jon would get in.. though the chance is that small, looking at his lower score, and smaller suppoorted population.. At that point, i wished that LeSheng would be the one out.. So in the end, realised i dun really support LeSheng anymore and Jon got out.. equals to I support no more ppl in PSS? lolx.. For female, i kan4 shuang3 DiYa and Carrie initially.. Esp that afternoon during a radio interview, there were things said about Diya that i nv realised.. that she's naughty, cheerful blah.. haha.. which made me feel like she's a nice person.. Then during the intro shots, Maxi also like kind kind and innocent + sweet.. Even though she got lowest, but i was hoping she won't get out.. Happy New Year 2007 Happy New Year 2007!!~~ =) Just watched the Countdown party at Vivocity.. haha.. mayeb i'm not there in person, so din feel the high atmosphere.. =X Noticed some funny things from the countdown show.. haha.. JJ Lin's hair a bit familiar.. and.. i realised.. it looks like Lin ( is it lin? ) Wei Song's hair.. the way it's cut and combed.. plus it's highlighted/dyed/bleached white.. just that WS's hair got strands of purple.. haha.. Anw, was hoping that he'd sing Wang Ji.. since new track and got that overwhelming effect that can "flood" the whole place.. in the end sang the bo jian dai, which i din really liked.. JY JunYang gave me the impression that he forgot his lines towards the end of his L.O.V.E.. the way the gave the mike over to the audience repeatedly, adn getting quite cold response.. to eventually him saying Love Love and making sounds.. haha.. or maybe that's just the song, kinda forgotten how the lyrics goes for this song since i rarely listen to this track.. and only this track.. lolx.. And Project Superstar finalist "sang" di yi tian.. actually i realised they din sing it on the spot de. they just dui jui from their previous recording.. lolx.. I was hoping Jon and Maxi would be there.. Even though they're eliminated, they're still part of the Top 10, shouldn't just leave them out ma.. ~~ the most famous qn in the countdown is "what's your new year resolution.." haha.. and now that i think of it, can't seem to thikn of any.. And to add on, as i think of 2006, nothing comes to my mind.. lolx.. A new year, a new start? It's impossible to go back to the past and change the starting; but it's possible to be here in the present and create your own ending.. |
